No issues with the service as usual. I made the appointment on-line and clicked the service special but instead of the advertised 75$ oil change and tire rotation I was charged 124$ for service. My wife picked the vehicle up so was not aware of the issue but when I called JR Chevrolet service back and explained they just failed to call me back and explain why the discount wasn't given.

Just bought truck 2 months ago from Rollings. Was told air filter was filthy and had No cabin filter. Just curious as to if either one of these should have been checked before it was put in the lot? Seems to me like that should be in a routine check. Specifically if you are outing it in the lot. But I guess it makes sense to have the new customer pay for it right? Just my two cents….

Talk about really taking care of a customer! I was on the road and developed an issue with my new suburban. OnStar directed me to your location for diagnostic review and repair. I was treated like I was a friend by the man at the service desk (light beard, cleanly shaved head) and everyone I encountered was while my vehicle was taken serviced. They even changed the oil. Great experience.

I signed up for an oil change and tire rotation and scheduled it online and it showed a price of 69.95. I was charged 86.03 plus taxes. I first asked for billing about it and they referred me to a service advisor who said he would check with his boss on Feb 18th but I haven't heard anything yet and it is now February 22.

Our unexpected tire problem was handled quickly and efficiently. Tires had to be replaced and realignment done which took 3 hours. Unfortunately, my husband had to be picked up from a physical therapy appointment and I also had a scheduled appointment which had to be dealt with. The service people were very helpful in lining up shuttle service, etc. for us. We were very grateful for all the help we received.
